John Brakey’s Address to the Pima County Election Integrity Commission

Brakey
On November 20th, AUDIT AZ founder John Brakey points out to Arizona Secretary of State Michele Reagan and State Elections Director Eric Spencer that Pima County Elections Director Brad Nelson had lied to the press about the breach in computer security on October 27th.  He also provides an excellent chronology of Pima County Administrator Chuck Huckelberry’s efforts to prevent a hand count audit of the bond results this election season.

Interesting comments you and Richard made at the meeting. Keith van Heyningen had planned to show up as well, I sent him a reminder on Thursday, and if he had shown up it would have been even more interesting. The SOS had to leave early and I didn’t talk to the State Elections Director as I had another appointment to get to quickly but I think you and Richard got your point across. It will be interesting to see what happens as both times the SOS has been at an EIC meeting she has given the impression that she takes election fraud seriously. And the State Elections Director gave the same impression given how hard he is working to get the election laws straight.
