Richard Hernandez to the PCEIC: “We in the Community Do not Trust the Elections Department”

Hernandez
Richard Hernandez led the successful recall effort in the Sunnyside School District in 2014 after working with AUDITAZ’s John Brakey to prevent the Pima County Elections Division from conducting ballot counts days before the election.  Pima County has a history of taking illegal early peaks at elections that could easily affect outcomes if any of the campaigns use this information for last minute adjustments in an unfair advantage.

Hernandez attributes a lack in trust in the elections system as a reason for why 44% of the Hispanic community are Independents.   He also watched the generation of a zero report with John Brakey on October 27th.
