Witnesses Provide Testimony after Judge David Gass allows AUDIT-AZ’s Election Suit to Proceed

In the AUDIT-AZ Presidential Primary lawsuit in Arizona, the defense was denied numerous motions they had put forth in an effort to get the case dismissed.  The first witness deposed today was Dianne Post, a pollworker who stated 100-200 ballots were cast from outside her precinct.  Post confirms with her notes that on 36 occasions, the system failed to give the correct ballot, a phenomenon that only happened to Democrats.  On 19 occasions, Post was instructed to give Republican ballots to Democratic voters.

In addition, voter Alisa Wolfe testified that her registration signature looks copied and pasted onto another registration that she did not authorize.  Additional witnesses are expected to be heard tomorrow beginning at 10:00 AM in the following location (same as yesterday’s):

Courtroom 5-A South Court Tower
175 West Madison Street
Phoenix, AZ 85003

Ed Higgins, another voter who had his registration changed to Independent, testified that the signature pasted onto the unauthorized registration was the exact duplicate of the one on his drivers license.  His testimony suggests that whomever accessed his registration to render him ineligible to vote was also somehow able to access his driver license to obtain an image of his signature.

The video of today’s hearing is forthcoming.  Please check back later for updates.
